Our goal is to become the advisor of choice to senior management. We do this by providing honest, objective, independent counsel, with a focus on getting things done.

Our client base is spread across North America and into the UK; most of our clients are in a service- or information-based businesses: professional service firms, education, media and publishing, financial services, or associations/not-for-profits.

• More than 15 years work experience, with a functional expertise in Marketing, IT, or HR and a deep knowledge in a specific industry. Leadership experience with a mid-to-large organization that has undergone significant transformation.
• Three years management consulting to senior management in large organizations. Project turnaround experience.
• Enjoy business development as much as delivery
• MBA and/or professional certifications.
• Highly involved in community leadership.
• Nice person.
