Randall Craig is the President of Pinetree Advisors. He has founded several successful start-ups, held a long-time position at a “big-four” firm, and was an executive at an American public company. Client focus is Professional Service Firms, Publishing/Media, Education, and Not-for-Profits.

Randall is the author of numerous books, including Leaving the Mother Ship, The Working Resume, the best-seller Personal Balance Sheet, the Online PR and Social Media for Experts series, and Social Media for Business. He is a frequent contributor to magazines, and is a sought-after speaker. He has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows, and has been profiled in all national media. He lectures at the Schulich School of Business, and writes a weekly column on the Monster career site.

He lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and three children. Outside of the working day, Randall spends his time reading books, writing music, cycling, and practicing martial arts. He served as the 2010 President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers Toronto Chapter, and is currently the host of the weekly interview show Professionally Speaking TV. Despina Zanganas is the Creative Director at Pinetree Advisors. She has successfully led the creative team at several agencies where she utilized her skills and experience as Creative Director. She has been working with Randall for the last nine years.

Client work includes Stikeman Elliott LLP, Akin Gump, MDS Capital, Mellon Bank, and several other professional service firms. Despina creative-directed major projects for clients including The Peel District School Board, McMaster University, The Globe and Mail, Thomas Cook Financial Services, Nestle, McGraw-Hill, New Brunswick Power, and approximately 50 others.

Despina holds both a diploma in Graphic Design and the RGD designation.

Linda Craig is one of the country’s pre-eminent authorities on Supply Chain and Change Management, with deep knowledge in the areas of IT and HR.

Linda was the Vice President of Learning and Standards for the Purchasing Management Association of Canada. Prior roles, held over 20 years, were with Sobeys, Nestle, and Nabisco.

She has held senior positions as an internal consultant in the areas of Continuous Process Improvement, Human Resources, Marketing, Systems Implementation, Shared Services, and Master Data.

Linda sits on the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council accreditation review panel, and has been instrumental in the development of the Canadian Aboriginal Human Resources Council Procurement education program.

Linda is certified by the Purchasing Management Association of Canada – SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional), Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT), American Production and Inventory Control Association (CPIM), Human Resources Professional Association (CHRP), and the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CAE). She has taught Supply Chain and HR courses at Humber, Seneca and Centennial Colleges, and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Larry Goldberg advises on corporate strategy for Pinetree Advisors. Larry has founded several successful startups, including three successful IPOs, and has provided strategic counseling to organizations in Africa, Europe and the United States. Clients have included a wide range of organizations, including a major US Federal agency, several leading Insurance companies, and a number of entrepreneurial companies. Larry has also been an executive at a US public company.

Larry is a published author, a frequent contributor to magazines, and speaks at IT industry conferences; he is the Co-chair of the Business Rules Symposium, and the Editorial Director of The Business Rule Newsletter.

He lives in Cary, North Carolina with his wife, and close to his two – soon to be three – grandchildren. Larry is also a Managing Partner of Knowledge Partners International, and a Board Director of Explore! Creative Learning Centers, Inc.

Ashish Malik advises on web and social media strategy, project management, technology, and leads Pinetree Advisors’ Outsourcing practice. He has five years experience working with the world’s largest IT services firms providing solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Notable client work has included Nortel Networks (R & D, Enterprise/Wireless Sales operations), American Express (Campaign Management, Marketing Resource Management and Enterprise Marketing), Stikeman Elliot (Social Media), SpeechScience International (Web strategy), Kinark Child and Family Services (Social Media), and the Peel District School Board (Outsourcing/Project management).
Ashish is an engineer by training, and has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
